Rendang, a mildly spicy, rich and flavourful, semi-dry curry that is popular throughout the South-East Asian region. However, this Rendang spice blend is for redmeat (there is another spice mix for chicken). Patience is key for this dish and we strongly recommend ustilising a pressure cooker or slow cooker. But it can also be used for chicken if you are short on time. It is crucial to follow the recipe on the back of the spice pack so the meat practically melts in your mouth!
