Lamb Curry Recipe

250g of Meat/Vegetables

1 Sachet of Briyani Spice Mix

1 Red Onion 
(Large),  chopped fine

1 Tomato (Large), chopped fine

2 ½ cup water

2 tablespoon oil or ghee

Salt to Taste

1 cup of Coconut milk

Method for Curry:

1. Heat ghee in a saucepan or pot.

2. Add onions and sauté till translucent.

3. Add tomato and fry.

4. Add Briyani spice mix & fry for 3 min.

5. Add Meat/Veg and coat well with mixture.

6. Cook for 6 minutes and add 1 cup water and cook till

¾ done and gravy thickens. Remove from Heat.

7. Wash rice & place in rice cooker. Add water, coconut milk & salt.

Mix well.

8. Add meat/veg and gravy into the rice cooker.

Do not stir. Set to cook.

9 . Enjoy your Briyani.
