Spicy Lamb Curry Recipe

250g of Lamb

1 Sachet of Spicy Lamb Curry Mix

Half Red Onion 
(medium),  chopped fine

 Half Tomato (medium), chopped fine

¼ cup water + ¼ or ½ cup water at the end

2 tablespoon oil or ghee

Salt to Taste

Method for Curry:

1. Heat oil in a saucepan or pot.

2. Add onions and sauté till translucent.

3. Add tomato and fry for 5 mins till it is soft.

4. Add 1 pkt spice mix, stir well and fry for 3 mins.

5. Add ¼ cup water and mix. Let the mixture boil.

6. Add 250g of meat pieces and coat well with spice paste.

7. Cover and cook for 7 mins or till meat lets out juices.

8. Add salt and simmer for another 5 mins.

9. Add another ¼ or ½ cup water if the curry is too thick.

10. Taste for spice and salt. Adjust with a tablespoon of

coconut milk or cream if too spicy.

11. Enjoy with Rice or Bread (Chappati, Naan, Prata or French Loaf).
